Hotel Policies

The Villa di Verona Boutique Hotel has as its primary philosophy to guarantee the harmony and well-being of all guests. For this to be possible we organize some rules that aim to guarantee the common well-being.

 

      General Operation Policies

  • Our breakfast hours are from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

  • The pool opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Our reception is open from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

  • The barbecue hours are from 12:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m., being necessary to make the reservation at the reception, through the payment of the barbecue use fee.

  • The shared kitchen hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and it is the responsibility of the guest to keep clean the kitchen and the integrity of the utensils used.

  • It is the responsibility of guests to keep the barbecue area clean after use. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the collection of a cleaning fee.

  • It is expressly forbidden the presence of strangers who are not included in the guests' entry form, who come to spend the night in the hotel, even at the invitation of the guests. Leisure areas such as swimming pool, kiosk are for the exclusive use of guests.

  •  In order to guarantee the well-being of all, we ask for total silence after 23:00. It is also forbidden to use stereos of any kind in the common areas of the hotel.

  • According to federal law 12.546, regulated on 12/03/2014, the consumption of tobacco products such as cigarettes, hookahs, cigars and similars is prohibited on the premises of hotels and guesthouses. Under federal law, failure to comply with the law may result in a fine of R $ 5,000.00 to R $ 1.5 million to the user.

  • Entrance to the reception, cafeteria and adjacent areas in bathing suits, or inappropriate attire is not allowed.

  • In the absence of any object such as towels, TV control, air conditioning control etc. belonging to the hotel, as well as any material damage to our structure will be applied fine proportional to the missing object or material damage.

  • Before using the pool you must pass in the shower.

  •  Pets are not allowed

Entry and Exit Policy

  • Check in time from 01:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

  • Check out from 09:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

  • Late check out after 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. will be added a 30% rate of the daily rate. In case of early check in after 10:00 a 20% of the daily rate will be charged. In relation to the others will be charged a full daily.

Cancellation policy and date change

·       In case of cancellation of the reservation in up to thirty days before the expected arrival, no fee will be charged.

·       In case of cancellation of the reservation, less than 30 days from the date of entry of the reservation will be charged 50% of the total value of the reservation, in case of no show (in the show) will be charged the full amount of the reservation, except holidays and amendments of Christmas, New Year and Carnival holidays (see special policy below).

·       In case of change of the reservation date, less than 30 days from the date of entry, there will be a fine of 30% on the daily value of the period, does not apply to holidays and Christmas, New Year and Carnival holidays.

·Special Policy for New Year and Carnival

       - For the period of holidays and amendments of New Year and Carnival holidays, specifically between 12/22/23 to 01/04/24 and 02/09/24 to 02/14/24, THE BOOKING IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that during this period the amount paid will not be refunded. In case of change of date more than thirty days from the arrival date in this period, 30% of the daily rate will be charged. In this case, the daily rate applied will be maintained even if the change is made to dates with lower rates. The date change between 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, 40% of the daily rate of the reservation will be charged, less than 14 days it is not possible to change the date.

Reservation Policy ​

 

  • To make the reservation, it is necessary to pay 50% of the total amount of the stay and the balance must be paid at the time of check in, we accept bank transfer or credit card from the holder of the reservation under the VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS and ELO brands. . Except special holiday conditions below. ​

  • For the period of holidays and amendments of Christmas and New Year and Carnival holidays, between 12/22/23 to 01/04/24, and 02/09/24 to 02/14/24, The same rule as for regular bookings is applied, but the balance can be paid in up to 3 installments.

Children's Policy

  •  An additional child up to five years old will be charged per room

  • It is not allowed to use the pool for babies or even children who use diapers.

  • Children under 12 years old unaccompanied by parents or guardians are not allowed in the pool.

  •  Free Wi-Fi access is available in the hotel rooms and common area.

       Forum

  • The parties elect, exclusively, the forum of the Guarujá District to resolve any doubts arising from this policy (contract), as well as to resolve eventual conflicts arising from it.
